Nell has been part of the ICRI team since 2018 and currently works as the Director of Enrollment Management for the Hearts Leap Schools and the ICRI/Stanford Children’s Centers. She finds great joy in connecting families to quality care and amazing early childhood education experiences in this role. Nell has a BA in Government from Smith College and a M.Ed. in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Prior to working at ICRI, she worked both as a classroom teacher and for various education-sector nonprofits. She was fortunate that this work allowed her to spend an extended period of time in American Samoa and in Thailand, but is now happily rooted in the East Bay where she lives with her husband and three children.
