Archana Karki Chhetri is ICRI's International Program Coordinator. She has over fifteen years of experience working with nonprofits and international organizations in Nepal, the Netherlands, and the United States. She holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in California.

Archana collaborates closely with Ellie Mashhour, ICRI's Executive Director, to oversee the day-to-day operations of ICRI International. Her responsibilities include communication with country directors, training support, program development, networking and partnerships, and monitoring and evaluation. Archana's dedication is evident in her commitment to providing administrative and classroom support. Her passion for working with children adds a layer of empathy and dedication to her role.
