Family Child Care Association Development Project (FCCADP)
Grant Application Information Fact Sheet
The California Family Child Care Association Development Project (FCCADP) is funded by the California State Department of Education, Child Development Division, with International Child Resource Institute serving as the lead agency. Grants will be awarded to family child care providers to develop family child care associations where one does not exist; and to strengthen existing associations that are not fully meeting the needs of family child care providers.
The amount of the grant awards will range from $1,500 - $5,000 for the exclusive purpose of travel expenses and other skills building and training activities related to developing and/or strengthening associations.
Grant awards are exclusively for family child care associations in the State of California.
FCCADP will provide services include training and technical assistance.
Grant applications will be available on January 12, 2007.
